The multi-award winning Mierisch family are featured this week. We’re lucky to have secured an amazing lot from their farm Las Delicias. As well as producing incredible coffee, they’re also active members of their communities having built out daycare centers and schools for workers children. Eleane who leads the farm was born into a coffee producing family and having been surrounded by coffee had never owned a farm until recent years when she decided to purchase Las Delicias. With a keen eye for quality and her knowledge of the surrounding areas, she’s been able to produce incredible coffee year after year.
