Latin American Coffee Beans
Latin America is where a large part of Ozone's sourcing has always been focused. The region produces some of the most consistent and technically precise specialty coffee in the world, with the combination of volcanic soils, high altitude, and well-established processing infrastructure creating ideal conditions across Central and South America. Profiles tend toward structured sweetness, clean acidity, and chocolate or caramel character at medium to medium-dark roasts, though the range is broad: from the bright, fruit-forward naturals of El Salvador and Guatemala to the quieter, milk chocolate-driven lots from Brazil. We source regularly from Bolivia, Brazil, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, with lots from Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru appearing as the right coffees become available. All lots are roasted at our roastery in Stafford.
