Following on from Christmas and New Year, the next UK bank holidays are for Good Friday on April 3rd and Easter Monday on April 6th, 2026.

Roastery Closure
Our roastery will be closed on Friday the 3rd and Monday the 6th of April, and neither Royal Mail nor DPD will be operating. We won’t be roasting or packing any orders on the bank holiday - even if we did, no one would be around to collect them! Please keep this in mind when planning your coffee needs.
Delivery networks can get busy around bank holidays, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive both before and after the long weekend. This helps avoid disappointment due to coffee delivery delays around UK bank holidays.
Collection Orders
If you’ve selected in-person collection at checkout, please note that no collections will be available on Friday the 3rd of April or Monday the 6th of April, as the roastery will be closed. Orders placed for collection will be available from Wednesday the 8th of April at the earliest.

Last Ordering Timeline
- Wednesday March 11th: Deadline for international orders
- Friday March 27th: Deadline for free delivery (£30+), Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Second Class orders
- Tuesday March 31st: 4pm is the deadline for wholesale partner orders to be delivered before the weekend
- Wednesday April 1st: Deadline for DPD, Royal Mail First Class, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders
- Friday April 3rd: Closed for the Good Friday bank holiday
- Monday April 6th: Closed for the Easter Monday bank holiday
- Tuesday April 7th: Back to normal
Subscriptions
If you're one of our lovely In My Mug subscribers, don’t worry - we've got you! We will be roasting and posting your weekly coffee 1 day early on Thursday the 2nd of April (instead of Friday the 3rd) with the aim of it arriving as usual on Saturday.
If you have a subscription for one of our blends or equipment items (like filter papers) scheduled to ship on Friday, April 3rd or Monday, April 6th, we’ll bring it forward to Thursday, April 2nd to help maintain your usual delivery rhythm.
Customer Support
Our customer service team will also be offline on Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th. We’ll respond to any queries as soon as possible once we’re back on Tuesday, April 7th.

Wholesale Customers
If you’re a wholesale partner, please plan ahead to ensure you have enough stock to cover the long weekend. Orders must be placed before 4PM on Tuesday 31st March for delivery on Thursday 2nd April.
Orders placed before 4PM on Wednesday April 1st will be delivered on Tuesday 7th April.
