Roastery Closure
Our roastery will be closed on Monday the 31st of August, and neither Royal Mail nor DPD will be operating. We won't be roasting or packing any orders on the bank holiday - even if we did, no one would be around to collect them! Please keep this in mind when planning your coffee needs.
Delivery networks can get busy around bank holidays, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive both before and after the long weekend. This helps avoid disappointment due to coffee delivery delays around UK bank holidays.
Collection Orders
If you'd like to collect your order in person before the bank holiday, please place it before 7:30am on Thursday the 27th of August, and collect it between 9am and 3pm on Friday the 28th of August.
Please note that no collections will be available on Monday the 31st of August, as the roastery will be closed. Orders placed for collection after the cutoff will be available from Wednesday the 2nd of September at the earliest.

- Friday August 28th: Orders placed after 7:30am will be processed on Tuesday 1st September

Subscriptions
If you're one of our lovely In My Mug subscribers, don't worry - your normal schedule remains unaltered. As the bank holiday falls on a Monday, we will roast + post your coffee as normal on Friday the 28th of August for delivery on Saturday as usual.
Customer Support
Our customer service team will also be offline on Monday, August 31st. We'll respond to any queries as soon as possible once we're back on Tuesday, September 1st.

Wholesale Customers
If you're a wholesale partner, please plan ahead to ensure you have enough stock to cover the bank holiday weekend. Orders must be placed before 4PM on Wednesday 26th August for delivery on Friday 28th August. Orders placed after this will be delivered on Tuesday 1st September.
