Roastery Closure
Our roastery will be closed on Monday the 25th, and neither Royal Mail nor DPD will be operating. We won’t be roasting or packing any orders on the bank holiday - even if we did, no one would be around to collect them! Please keep this in mind when planning your coffee needs.
Delivery networks can get busy around bank holidays, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive both before and after the long weekend. This helps avoid disappointment due to coffee delivery delays around UK bank holidays.
Collection Orders
If you’ve selected in-person collection at checkout, please note that no collections will be available on Monday, 25th August, as the roastery will be closed. Orders placed for collection on that day will be held until Tuesday, 26th August, when we reopen.

Last Ordering Timeline
- Friday 15th: Deadline for international orders
- Tuesday 19th: Deadline for free delivery (£30+), Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Second Class orders
- Wednesday 20th: 4pm is the deadline for wholesale partner orders to be delivered before the weekend
- Thursday 21st: Deadline for DPD orders
- Friday 22nd: Deadline for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and First Class orders
- Monday 25th: Closed for the Summer Bank Holiday
- Tuesday 26th: Back to normal
Subscriptions
If you're one of our lovely In My Mug subscribers, don’t worry - our usual Friday roasting and posting schedule will remain unchanged. Royal Mail aims to deliver your coffee as normal on Saturday.
If you have a subscription for one of our blends or equipment items (like filter papers) scheduled to ship on Monday, 25th August, we’ll bring it forward to Friday, 22nd August to help maintain your usual delivery rhythm.
Customer Support
Our customer service team will also be offline on Monday, 25th August. We’ll respond to any queries as soon as possible once we’re back on Tuesday, 26th August.

Wholesale Customers
If you’re a wholesale partner, please plan ahead to ensure you have enough stock to cover the long weekend. Orders must be placed before 4PM on Wednesday 20th August for delivery on Friday 22nd August.
Orders placed before 4PM on Thursday 21st August will be delivered on Tuesday 26th August.
