Roastery Closure
Our roastery will be closed on Monday the 25th of May, and neither Royal Mail nor DPD will be operating. We won't be roasting or packing any orders on the bank holiday - even if we did, no one would be around to collect them! Please keep this in mind when planning your coffee needs.
Delivery networks can get busy around bank holidays, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive both before and after the long weekend. This helps avoid disappointment due to coffee delivery delays around UK bank holidays.
Collection Orders
If you've selected in-person collection at checkout, please note that no collections will be available on Monday the 25th of May, as the roastery will be closed. Orders placed for collection after the cutoff will be available from Tuesday the 26th of May at the earliest.

Subscriptions
If you're one of our lovely In My Mug subscribers, don't worry - your normal schedule remains unaltered. As the bank holiday falls on a Monday, we will roast + post your coffee as normal on Friday the 22nd of May for delivery on Saturday as usual.
If you have a subscription for one of our blends or equipment items (like filter papers) scheduled to ship on Monday, May 25th, we'll bring it forward to Friday, May 22nd so you won't experience any dispatch delay over the bank holiday weekend.
Customer Support
Our customer service team will also be offline on Monday, May 25th. We'll respond to any queries as soon as possible once we're back on Tuesday, May 26th.

Wholesale Customers
If you're a wholesale partner, please plan ahead to ensure you have enough stock to cover the bank holiday weekend. Orders must be placed before 4PM on Wednesday 20th May for delivery on Friday 21st May. Orders placed after this will be delivered on Tuesday 26th May.
