  • The Sage Barista Express Impress (BES876) is a manual home espresso machine with an integrated conical burr grinder and assisted tamping system - designed for home brewers who want hands-on control without the inconsistency of manual dosing and tamping. The Impress Puck System automatically calculates the dose, applies 10kg of tamping pressure, and finishes with a 7° barista twist for a clean, level puck every time. From there, extraction is manual - giving you full control over your shot.

    The thermocoil heating system with PID control maintains a stable 93°C brew temperature, low pressure pre-infusion gently expands the coffee bed before full 9 bar extraction, and the 54mm portafilter is designed around an 18g dose for a full-bodied shot.
