Single Origin Coffee Beans
Single origin coffee means the beans in your bag come from one identifiable place: a country, a region, a cooperative, or a single farm. It's the opposite of a blend, where coffees from multiple origins are combined for consistency. The traceability matters because it connects the cup to a specific set of decisions — where the coffee was grown, how it was processed, and who grew it. It also means the flavour profile reflects a particular terroir rather than a house style, which is why single origins from different countries can taste so dramatically different from each other. Our single origin range rotates with the seasons and the harvests. We source across Africa, Latin America, and Asia, with a focus on lots where the growing conditions, processing, and varietal combine to produce something worth tasting on its own terms. Some origins we return to year after year; others appear when an interesting lot becomes available. All are roasted at our roastery in Stafford and shipped fresh.
