Coffee Blends - Espresso & Filter

Ozone's coffee blends are built for consistency and character. Where single origins shift with each harvest, our blends are designed to hold a defined flavour profile year-round - adjusted at source level as green coffee lots change.

Our House is the everyday workhorse: medium-dark roast, milk chocolate and caramel, works across espresso, cafetière, and filter. Hodson steps up in complexity with a medium-dark profile built around red fruit and brown sugar - a strong performer as both espresso and flat white base. Paramount goes darker, with cacao and toffee notes suited to those who prefer a more robust cup. Seasonal Blend rotates with the year, lighter in roast and more fruit-forward, designed to show what blending can do beyond the espresso-default.

Half Caff rounds out the range for those reducing caffeine without switching format entirely - blended from caffeinated and decaffeinated lots to keep the flavour close to our standard profiles.

All blends are available as whole beans or pre-ground, in sizes from 220g to 3kg.
