    Expect a spectrum of flavour, from rich chocolatey depth to vibrant fruit-forward brightness – coffees that reward the effort of a good dial-in.

    A rotating selection of four 220g bags from our seasonal range, all:

    • Omniroasted for versatility, but espresso-leaning in profile
    • Sourced directly from producers we know and trust
    • Ideal for espresso machines, moka pots, or even adventurous Aeropress recipes

    Why Omniroast?

    Our omniroast philosophy means every coffee is roasted to unlock its full potential – expressing the terroir of the origin and the skill of the producer, no matter how you brew. In this pack, we've chosen coffees that truly sing when brewed under pressure.

    A note on pricing

    We'll be straight with you – we've had to put the price of this pack up, from £30 to £36. It's not something we've done lightly. We held off for as long as we could, but raw ingredient costs have been climbing rapidly over the last 12-18 months, driven by the kind of market forces that are affecting the whole industry right now.

    The coffees inside would cost you around £50 at full price, so it's still a meaningful saving on coffees we're genuinely proud of.

    Our House A cocoa flavour profile coffee. processed .
    A well-balanced medley of milk chocolate and caramel in your cup, with just a sprinkle of roasted nuts to bring it all together.

    Hodson A sweet flavour profile coffee. processed .
    The sweet base of brown sugar and milk chocolate shows off soft red fruit notes for a balanced but characterful cup.

    Seasonal Blend A sweet flavour profile coffee. processed .
    Up front, we have sweet red grape with a crisp green apple freshness. That flows into a soft honeycomb sweetness which rests on the palate for a well balanced and juicy coffee.

    Paramount A nutty flavour profile coffee. processed .
    A full-bodied blend bringing the dark sweetness of toffee and a sprinkle of cacao nibs up front before it finishes on lingering dark chocolate.

  • We offer our coffees as whole beans, pre-ground, and green unroasted.

    To help you choose the best pre-ground options for you, below is a list of popular brew methods that we find work well with our settings. And for more information, please visit our dedicated grind size article here.

    Espresso: Turkish coffee (jezve) or, you guessed it, espresso*

    Fine Filter: Moka pot, AeroPress, single cup pour-over (e.g. Hario V60 01, Chemex 1-3 cup, Kalita 155, Narrow Orea). Fine filter also works well for home espresso machines like the De'Longhi Dedica.

    Medium Filter: Double cup pour-over brewers (e.g., Clever Dripper, V60 02, Chemex 6/8/10 cup, Kalita 185, April, Wide Orea, syphon brewers, etc)

    Coarse Filter: Automatic drip brewers like Moccamaster, BUNN, Sage, Behmor etc.

    French Press: French Press (cafetiere/press pot/plunger pot), cold brew, cowboy coffee.

    It is not possible to grind 3kg bags.

    *Please note that some home espresso machines will struggle with a standard espresso grind due to the wide variety of machines on the market and the difference in spec when compared to commercial espresso machines. If you are unsure whether this applies to your personal home set-up please get in touch.

  • All 4 coffees in this pack will be shipped in the same package at the same time.

    If you place an order before 07:30, it will be roasted and dispatched that day. If you order after 07:30, it will carry over to the following working day for roasting.

    We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £30.00. DPD next working day delivery is available for a flat rate of £6.00 for all orders up to 10kg.
